short:ATS) is 100%  owned
by Action Group. With registered capital of
USD26 million, ATS Specializes in manufacturing Mobile Multimedia
& LCD combo, Portable & Mobile Multimedia, Mobile LCD monitors,
Mobile Player & LCD combo & Game LCD monitors. At present,
It has 1000 employees and among of them over one hundred and thirty are engineers and technical staffs. Company sale reached to USD290 million in 2005.
The sales target of 2006 is USD 350 million. ATS is transformed from
Shenzhen Action Electronics Co.,Ltd.(for short: ASE), while ASE is
established in February 1993. It is co-operated by Action Electronic
Group and Shenzhen China Nuclear Corporation£¬ASE specialized in manufacturing
TV/Monitor, DVD Player, VCR/VCP, Combos.. With the increased orders
and to serve our customers better, ATS is established on April 11,
2002.
After obtained the certification of ISO-9002 in
Dec. 1996£¬Shenzhen Action past QS-9000/ISO-9001 certification conducted
by SGS Yarsley International Certification Services in Jan.2001, Granted
the honor of e-mark by KBA Germany in Nov.2001 and past ISO9001:2000
certification conducted by SGS in August, 2003 and gained ISO14001:2004 certification in Apr, 2005.
